Whether you're expecting, postpartum, or years into motherhood, this workshop breaks down what’s actually going on with your pelvic floor—and gives you the tools to strengthen it for the long haul.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • Core & Pelvic Floor Anatomy: understanding your inner support system

  • Breathing & Bracing Techniques: how to use intra-abdominal pressure effectively

  • Pelvic Floor Dysfunction: what it is, why it happens, and how to address it

  • Organ Prolapse: signs, symptoms, and strength-based strategies for support

  • Dyspareunia (painful sex): understanding the root causes and how movement can help
