Private Coaching

Private coaching is the ultimate personalized training experience. In these one-on-one sessions, the focus is entirely on you, your goals, and your progress. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and designed to help you achieve results efficiently and effectively.

 

What to expect:

    •    Full attention: My complete focus is on you, ensuring every movement and every rep is performed safely and correctly.

    •    Personalized programming: Your workout program is uniquely yours, created to align with your fitness goals and current abilities.

    •    Flexible session length: Sessions last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on how long it takes you to complete your program for the day.

 

Private coaching is ideal for those who prefer a distraction-free environment and are ready to work hard with no interruptions. It’s just you, me, and your fitness goals.

Semi-Private
coaching

Semi-private coaching is perfect for those who enjoy the energy and camaraderie of working alongside another person while still receiving individualized attention and a custom program. You’ll share your session with one other client, but your workout will be tailored to your unique goals and needs.
 
What to expect:
    •    Shared sessions: Work out with another motivated client in a supportive and encouraging environment.
    •    Individualized programming: While you share the session, your program is completely customized to your goals and fitness level.
    •    Social motivation: Build confidence, stay accountable, and enjoy the extra boost of working out with a partner.
 
Semi-private coaching is a great option for those who thrive in a more social atmosphere while still benefiting from expert guidance and personalized plans.

Personal Consultation

This consultation blends my evidence-based approach with the personal attention you deserve. We can connect over a 20-minute phone call to discuss your goals, coaching preferences, and health history—or streamline everything into a one-hour in-person session that combines both the consultation and assessment.

personal assessment

During the assessment, I’ll observe how your body moves through a series of guided exercises. We’ll meet in person at my private home gym, where I’ll walk you through specific movement patterns. The insights gathered during this session will provide the foundation I need to design a personalized program—one that maximizes the effectiveness of your training and aligns with your unique goals.
